User Experience (UX)

The definition of user experience (UX) is the process that we performers use to create a product that provides a meaningful and effective application experience to a user. Even in the world of digital design, UX refers to everything that affects a user’s interaction with a digital product. When people use, for example, a website or an application, they usually evaluate their experience according to the following criteria:

1. Value: Does this product give me value?
2. Function: does this product work?
3. Uporabnost: je ta izdelek enostaven za uporabo?
4. Overall impression: Is the product pleasant to use?

Why should you be interested in UX?

Ignoring or neglecting the user experience is a bad move. The user experience of your product plays a key role in attracting and retaining your customer base. If users do not enjoy using your product, it can lead to a bad reputation and loss of revenue as your customers turn to your competitors.
