Solution presentation

The solution enables electronic signing of PDF and XML documents. When signing PDF documents, it is also possible to switch on the check whether the signatory is a representative of a legal entity. The environment includes all the necessary steps from the first page, which allows adding documents, to signing and verifying the signatory.

Process of implementation

User research and analysis

Given the brief, ‘We need an environment for signing documents,’ I collaborated with the internal team to define the target users, ensuring that everyone involved in the development process understood and prioritized their needs. This included conducting competitor research and analyzing user expectations to create an optimal user experience for document signing.

Information architecture, wireframing and UX

At this stage, I have defined the logical structure of the application. I created basic wireframe sketches to visualise the user's process when signing documents.

Interface design (UI)

At this stage I designed the user interface with all the typical pages, visual and descriptive definition of actions. I focused particularly on readability and ease of navigation, as well as multilingualism.

Development and implementation

I worked with the technical team and the developer to implement the design solutions, where I carefully monitored that the UX/UI guidelines were followed throughout the development process.
